Tying Up Loose Ends…

I’m on page 92 of my romantic comedy script, and I’m at the point where I am tying up all the loose ends. It’s a roller coaster ride, and so many things happen that need to come to a satisfying conclusion. I have a feeling it will tap out at 115 pages. I’m in Texas for the week and plan to get it finished in the next few days to reach my deadline. At the moment, the main character Amanda is going through a rough time, and her very colorful sister, Sarah, is going to jump in and help. She’s my favorite character to write because she is such a free spirit. After this journey to lover’s paradise, I plan to write something more dramatic. It’s an idea I had months ago that shifted as I began to flesh it out in my mind. This one is on the opposite side of the spectrum from happy romance to heartbreakingly sad.
