I have been syncing up the Sisters’ footage. There is a lot of work to do before I can start the edit. Once I get everything in line to cut, I will be editing on Premiere Pro which I have loaded on my Mac Book Air. I usually use my laptop just for screenwriting, so this will be my first test to see if it can handle an edit using a one terabyte external hard drive. This gives me a lot more freedom for churning out content at a higher speed since our main Mac Daddy is being used to render the effects for The Sphere.

We had an awesome cast for Sisters which is a pitch for a CW show. What I shot is an introduction to some of the lead characters.

Once you pitch to the network, they then decide whether to pay for shooting a pilot. There’s still lots of work to be done to get Sisters off the ground, but the footage looks great!

Troy Akin plays Daniel, and we shot the above scene right near a golf course which is usually quiet, but for some reason was super loud during our shoot. It took a while, but we finally got enough peace to shoot the scene.

The lead sister is Elizabeth played by Amanda Harris. She tells her story through voice over, and we learn that her sister steals her boyfriend for a night and blames it on a science experiment.

Daniel is a genius when it comes to science and human anatomy.

Dawn is the other sister, played by Laura Hall.

Here we are shooting the final scene in Sisters where Elizabeth takes her revenge.

Cole Stroud plays Tommy, Dawn’s boyfriend.

It was such a fun shoot with an awesome cast, and I’m excited to put it all together.
