Simply Light…

Enjoy the premiere episode of Simply Light with Bea Schreiber making White Bean Hummus.
Ingredients:
Two Cans White Beans
1/4 cup Tahini
1/2 fat free Yogurt
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 TBSPs Garlic
1 tsp Salt (optional)
Blend and serve.
The flavors will bond in the refrigerator so this recipe gets better with time. Lemon is also a natural preservative and helps keep it fresh. Also use yogurt in other recipes to lighten them up, like Guacamole.
