Recently I downloaded fifteen books on Ancient Greece. It may seem like a lot, but they were all on sell for nothing. That’s right. It’s didn’t cost me a thing because Amazon was having a special deal. However, it’s going to take a lot of time to absorb all that material. It’s definitely something I want to do because I see writing several features and series based in Grecian times. There are also loads of history channel documentaries on the subject I can review.

I revisited Pieces in Bloom today. I would love to shoot some of the stories, if not all of them. I’m particularly fond of Danny and Colt’s love story and Chelsea and Hudson’s love story. Both of them are 25 pages long, so it would be 50 pages total. If I could get actors and locations for free, it would just take time. I’d rather not spend a lot of money on shorts, and instead save up for my features.

I’m reading a novel about a true story that happened in the 1950s. It deals with gay hysteria, and I want to write a feature loosely based on this particular story. It’s such an interesting one! With this historical one on my mind, I’m getting really excited. It’s concentrated largely in one location which is great news for the budget. It’s a dark story that’s both fascinating and horrific!
