Catharsis is shooting early next week. I’m making a ton of shopping lists,  what we need on set, for make up, the gear we need for each scene, all the little extras we can’t forget. Our schedule is tight. It’s two days with one camera, and I’m in front of the camera for a good part of it.

Danielle is taken advantage of by someone she should be able to trust, her calculus professor. Her life is essentially over if she doesn’t play by his rules. Her boyfriend Victor decides to take matters in his own hands by buying a gun. When the professor’s wife learns of her husband’s betrayal, she decides to get revenge.

Victoria Levine plays Danielle.

Kellan Rhude plays Victor.

Howard McNair plays Professor Winters.

Bea Schreiber plays Leanne Winters.

Franklin Mejia plays Larry.

Danielle is brutally attacked in this film. We are bringing in the very talented artist David Mendez  who is former military to do the special effects makeup.
