Currently, I am reading the American Beauty Screenplay by Alan Ball. It’s one of my favorite films, and the script is wonderful. Alan Ball did an incredible job making these characters three-dimensional. It’s so well done and a great read. I’m also writing my Lone Viking Feature based off the short. I’m half-way there. The more I read and write, the faster the features pour out of me.  Brad and I are also planning to shoot a short soon in our house since everything is moved out from the smoke damage. It’s a cool environment to shoot something, so we’re playing with ideas. We’ve had several good ones so far. Brad wrote one specifically for me. I have an actress in mind for one I would like to write that takes place in our house. It’s going to be fun.
