As I work on my features, I also take breaks to write shorts. I’ve written 7 shorts in the past two weeks. If I really like one of my shorts, I’ll hold an online audition. If I get the cast I want, I move forward immediately. Last night I wrote an LGBT short I’d like to make as it’s my favorite subject to write about other than science fiction and Greek/Roman history. It would be perfectly timed to be released on pride week.

Brad and I also broke down a film idea he had months ago that he plans to write as a longer short or possibly a feature. It’s a funny idea and would be highly entertaining about a husband who goes wild after an incident. I’m excited to develop it with him. I also had an idea for a serial killer feature this past weekend and pitched it to Brad. He loved the idea so much, he took it over adding his own elements to make it even more scientific. He’s breaking the story down now.
