I created a 3D Moon rig tonight. It’s pre-lit with a targeted spotlight and a tri-gimballed camera. The textures are 8K so it gives a feature-quality render.

Today I finished the 2nd rough cut of Harley and sent it to the cast so they can put clips on their acting reels. It’s some great material. I edited the film together, and the pacing is beautiful. I’m very proud of it. It’s also a reminder that we shot an 11 page script in 8 hours…which means an 88 page feature could be shot in 8 days… though  for safety I would want to spend two to three weeks on a feature. I love having a ton of footage to play with in the cutting room.
